Refund & Billing Policy

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how credits, subscriptions, and payments work for CallVerifier (“we”, “us”). It supplements our Terms & Conditions.

1. Credits and usage

CallVerifier may be purchased or allocated as credits, usage units, or subscription entitlements, as described at checkout or in your order. Credits are consumed when you use billable features (for example verification attempts, SMS tests, or other metered actions). Consumption rules, rates, and rounding may change; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance where practicable.

2. Fees and taxes

Fees are quoted in the currency shown at purchase unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, and withholding in your jurisdiction, including GST in India where applicable. Invoices and receipts are issued electronically unless we agree otherwise.

3. Payments and renewals

If you subscribe to a recurring plan, your subscription renews automatically for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date using the controls in your account or by written notice where we specify. We may suspend or limit Services for failed payments, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.

4. Refunds

Fees and consumed credits are generally non-refundable, including where you stop using the Services early, misunderstand usage, or no longer need the product—except where mandatory under applicable law or where we expressly agree in writing (for example a written pilot arrangement).

If a payment error or duplicate charge is confirmed by our records or payment processor, we will correct it by refund or credit at our discretion. If required by Indian consumer law or other applicable mandatory rules, we will honour those obligations.

5. Free trials and promotions

Trials and promotional credits may be limited in time, scope, or volume. Unused trial entitlements do not automatically convert to paid balances unless we state otherwise. We may modify or end promotions at any time.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact us so we can investigate. Abusive chargebacks may lead to account closure and recovery of costs where permitted by law.

7. Changes to pricing

We may change pricing, packaging, or credit rules. Where required by law, we will provide notice. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of new pricing for subsequent renewals or purchases, as described in your Terms.
